The amount of available disk space on Google Drive depends on your role, as specified in the Guidelines for the Use of IT Resources. The value Default applies to anyone not falling into the specified roles.
The quotas listed in the following tables include a soft quota, which, once reached, triggers a notification to the user, and a hard quota, beyond which storage is restricted to read-only until the user returns to the assigned space.
