Email | Transition to Cloud and Update of the Antispam System
Starting January 30, the management of the university’s email will change: email will be managed in a Cloud environment, and the antispam system escc.unipi.it will be discontinued in favor of managing messages in the Junk folder.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) | Mandatory from December 1, 2025, for accessing University services
Starting from December 1, 2025, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be mandatory to access the university’s IT services. It is necessary to configure the second factor by that date by following the guides available in the Configurations section.
