The University of Pisa, as part of the PNRR Digital Education Hub Edvance project, promotes a training program aimed at teaching staff, coordinated by the Teaching and Learning Centre.
The initiative is part of a broader effort to strengthen digital education which, also thanks to Edvance funds, has provided for the enhancement of infrastructures and services to support the production of educational materials, including the establishment of a multimedia recording studio. The program also contributes to achieving the goals of the Three-Year Programming 2024-2026, supporting the development of skills useful for designing and creating innovative educational materials.
The first training course, Communication and relational skills for digital education, is open for registration until February 24.

The program, which will take place between late February and May 2026, is divided into four paths:
- Communication and relational skills for digital teaching
- Pedagogical and teaching skills
- Instrumental digital skills (tools and environments)
- Transversal skills (soft skills for digital teaching)
The initiative represents a strategic action to support the development and consolidation of teaching quality, with particular attention to the digital, online, and blended dimension.
