# Microsoft OneDrive Quota

The available disk space quota on [OneDrive](https://it.unipi.it/risorse/software/microsoft-365/) depends on your role, as indicated in the [Guidelines for the Use of IT Resources](https://it.unipi.it/regolamenti/regolamento-uso-risorse-informatiche). The **Default** value applies to all those who do not fall into the specified roles.
The quotas listed in the following tables include a **soft quota**, upon reaching which the user receives a warning, and a **hard quota**, beyond which storage is blocked in read-only mode until the user fits within the allocated space.

### Quotas for users
